A firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity two year contract with multiple awards is anticipated. The proposed contract is a 100 percent Small Business Set Aside. Vendors to provide complete coordination of all aspects of an intern program for Minority students enrolled in educational institutions to expose students to research, development, technology, and administrative career opportunities in the Federal Government through Historically black Colleges & Universities and other minority institutions. Services shall consist of, but not limited to the following: roundtrip transportation, lodging, travel requirements, food service, and coordination with colleges for student enrollment in existing Government minority educational training programs. Resumes of proposed students will be required by vendors.
