The proposed contract is for project MDY 95-0271, Construct Wellness Clinic, which consists of erecting a 3314 SF metal building for Wellness Clinic offices, Cycling and training areas. Construct an metal frame building 70' wide by 48' deep and approx. 10' high. The roof shall be 24 gauge standing seam metal roofing at 4 by 12 pitch. All work shall be in strict compliance with specifications and drawings. This will be a firm fixed construction contract with 120 calendar day performance time.
