Work consists of installing 2x4 studded walls, gypsum board, r-13 insulation, interior trim, stool cap and baseboard molding, bi-fold closet doors, interior birch pre-hung door, carpet, window replacement as needed, installation of electrical outlets and swithes tying into electrical panel, cable tv outlet, demolition of approximately 1000sqft, apply interior primer to all new materials and 2 coats of government supplied paint. The specified work will be done at USCG Air Station Cape Cod, Air Station Cape Cod, MA 02542-5024. The estimated cost of this project is between 25k and 100k.
