66 -- TEST PROGRAM SET, CASS SOL HN68335-98-Q-0062 DUE 011998 POC Carl Ruzicka, Code 25213B, (732) 323-2741 The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst NJ intends to negotiate with Litton Systems Inc. on a non- competitive basis to acquire a modification to a CASS Test Program Set (TPS) to add 1551 bus capability to TP Sets that test the Computer Signal Data Converter (CSDC) for the F-14 aircraft. It is intended to issue an order against Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00383-96-G-M128 to satisfy this requirement. The Government intends to procure this equipment under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own the specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. Cite solicitation N68335-98-Q-0062.
