66 -- SOLID STATE CARTRIDGE SET SOL N68335-98-Q-0066 DUE 011998 POC Carl Ruzicka, Code 25213B, (732) 323-2741 The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst NJ intends to negotiate with Northrop Grumman Corp. on a non competitive basis to acquire a new solid state cartridge set to test the Cockpit Switching Assembly and NFO/COMM/TACAN Control Panel using the Grumman Aircraft Cable Tester Relay Adapter Device. This equipment is being acquired for use in support of the F-14 aircraft. It is intended to issue an order against Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N68335-97-G-0143 to satisfy this requirement. The Government intends to procure this equipment under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own the specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. Cite solicitation N68335-98-Q-0066.
