The Government intends to purchase annual support maintenance on the following items manufactured by Cisco Corp (1) Modular Router AC model 4700-M (3 each, 1 year); (2) Cybus 5 Slot RSP1 model 7505 (3 each, 1 year); (3) Cybus 7 Slot 1 RSP2 model 7507 (4 each, 1 year). This maintenance contract for on-site service covers all parts, labor and travel with unlimited maintenance calls for the entire period of the contract to keep the equipment in top running condition and fully operable. Hours of maintenance if required shall occur Monday thru Friday except Government holidays and weekends between the hours of 0700-1600. There will be a 24 hour response time from company, to arrive on site for repair services once they have been notified of such repair needs.
