73 -- ACQUISITION OF ONE-ROLL HAND WRAPPERS, TEST WEIGHT SETS, AND GLAZING AND ICCING CENTERS TO BE USED IN CONUS/OCONUS GROCERY STORES SOL MIEQUP-FY98-0001 POC Contract Specialist Sherry Redford (804) 734-8767 (Site Code DECA01) The Defense Commissary Agency intends to acquire one-roll hand wrappers, test weight sets, and glazing and icing centers. The base period for the resultant contract shall be from the date of award for a period of 12 months unless terminated sooner in accordance with the provisions of the contract. Award is to be made on an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) basis. Delivery shall be made only as authorized by orders issued during the contract period. Evaluations shall be made on an all or none basis. The offerors shall be required to sign and return a written quotation in respnse to Request for Quotation (RFQ). If the offeror is a VISA Merchant, purchase card orders may be placed by individuals designated by the DefenseCommissary Agency Equipment/Supply Division using the Government-wide commercial Credit Card Service (IMPAC). All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Offerors must submit written responses to this RFQ.
