The Contractor shall develop and analyze an initial workforce survey of all civilian employees of the Naval Aviation Depot, Cherry Point, NC. Survey areas shall include, but not be limited to the following areas: Job demands, working conditions, supervisory and employee relations, confidence in management, technical competence of supervisors, employee status and recognition, culture/climate/job satisfaction, fairness and trust, safety, equal employment opportunity, friendliness of employers, and training issues. There will be a initial survey with provision for an option for four (4) annual follow-on survey. The tentative closing date for this solicitation is 23 January 1998. As of 31 March 1998 all contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database as a condition of contract award. DOD will be using other information from other databases to build the CCR.
