Waller, Contracting Officer, (202) 307-1418 The Office of Justice Programs intends to modify, on a sole-source basis, Contract No. OJP-93-C-002, entitled DRUG USE FORECASTING (DUF) with Aspen Systems Corporation. This modification will extend the contract support for the National Institute of Justice for a three-month period, January 1, 1998 through March 31, 1998. During the extended period, the Contractor shall: Task 1: (1) Complete data editing, data entry, and preparation of DUF interviews and DUF uring speciments and maintenance of DUF data files for all fourth quarter 1997 data collected; (2) Create combined and complete 1997 data set; (3) Produce fourth quarter data summary book. Task 2. (1) Complete data analyses as directed by NIJ for the sources of Error paper; (2) Produce technical memorandum on methamphetamine testing.
