L -- PROVIDE TECHNICAL EXPERTISE AND PERFORM DATA ANALYSIS SOL F26600-98-R0003 DUE 020498 POC Buyer: Eileen Britt at (702) 652-9578 or Contracting Officer: Walter Waits (702) 652-3365 The contractor shall perform non-personal services in support of data analysis, and technical expertise in the conduct of foreign material exploitation, Special Access Required program testing, and Air Force Tactics Techniques and Procedures 3-1 publications. Services will include operations support, technical expertise, test planning, on-site support for data collection, data reduction, graphics support, and analysis of data products for the 422nd Test and Evaluation Squadron Advanced Programs Division (422 TES/AP) and 57th Wing Director of Tactics (57 WG/DT), Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. This data will be compiled and included into final reports, briefings, and Air Force Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (AFTTP) 3-1 publications. The effort will be directed towards supporting the publication of all volumes of AFTTP 3-1 and directed by Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC) and Headquarters Air Warfare Center (HQ AWFC). There are 13 general areas of technical support to be provided by the contractor: (1) Foreign Material Exploitation (FME) test plan preparation; (2) FME test execution; (3) FME test report preparation; (4) produce briefings to support foreign materiel testing; (5) attend meetings and conferences; (6) provide continuous updates on threat research, exploitation opportunities, and advanced programs requirements; (7) Special Access Required (SAR) program test plan preparation; (8) SAR program test execution; (9) SAR program test report preparation; (10) produce briefings to support special access program testing; (11) CD-ROM production for SAR versions of AFTTP 3-1; (12) produce classified manuals, briefings and reports for Detachment 2, 57 WG; and (13) provide on-site automated data processing and technical support for computers and peripheral equipment. Performance will be seven months beginning 1 Mar 98 with four one-year option periods.
