Site 1: Remove concrete wash pad and associated underground storm drainage piping and structures. Construct new concrete was pad, concrete oil water separator and grit chamber, and associated underground storm drainage piping and structures. Construct new tie-ins from various roof drains to existing underground piping systems. Site 2: Remove existing recycle system, including pumps, underground piping, steel tanks, and associated equipment. Construct new concrete grit and oil water separator; construct mountable curbs on existing concrete wash pad with associated underground piping. Tentative issue date of solicitation is 29 January 1998. Bid opening date of 17 March 1998 is approximate. The estimated cost range for this project is between $100,000.00 and $500,000.00. SIC Code is 1542. The related small business standard is $17,000,000.00. Period of performance is 255 calendar days. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. This procurement solicitation will be issued as full and open competition (unrestricted). This is not set aside for small business concerns.
