Construct and/or install gypsum board partitions, plumbing, work toilet room with ceramic floor and wall tiles, accessories, and fixtures, electrical work, such as wiring, conduits outlets, switches, communication/data (conduits with pull wires), light fixtures, life safety and emergency systems, conduits, conduits with pull wires for all security systems, all mechanical work including ductwork exhaust, diffusers, return grill, etc. All finishes -- paint, carpeting, acoustical tiles, wood base moldings, cabinets, bookcases, wood doors, frames, and hardware (all ADA compliance), vertical blinds with their tracks, etc. SIC Code 1542 applies. Estimated Cost Range: $250,000 to $500,000. This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns only.
