Several U.S.C.G. vessels currently use the Model 0122 Vacuum Sewage System manufactured by Envirovac. The parts support structure is already in place and eductors, valves, pumps and toilet parts are already supported by the ELC stock system. It has been determined in accordance with FAR 6.301-1 that negotiations will be conducted with only Envirvac and their authorized distributors. A firm-fixed price award is anticipated. Delivery shall be made F.o.b. Destination to USCG Engineering Logistics Center, Receiving Room, Bldg. #86, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226-5000. Delivery is required within thirty (30) calendar days from award. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the agency.
