This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. 1425-98-SQ-17-05440 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-01. This acquisition is not a set-aside. The size standard is 500 employees and the standard industrial classification code is 3679. U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Grand Coulee, Washington has a fixed price requirement for the following items: CLIN0001 -- Annunciator panel, Ametek Panalarm Part No. 2K001GEN -- 2 each; CLIN0002 -- Annunciator panel, Ametek Panalarm Part No. 2K001S/S -- 1 each; and CLIN0003 -- Annunciator panel, Ametek Panalarm Part No. 2K001CTRL. The items must be delivered to U S Bureau of Reclamation, Hungry Horse Field Office, Hungry Horse MT 59919 by February 6, 1998. The following FAR provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items (JUN97), 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items (JAN 97), 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items (MAY 97), 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items (AUG 96), and 52.247-34 F.O.B.
