In 17.(ix), the following is added after "3) Past performance."- "The 3 technical evaluation factors are listed in descending order of importance, however, please note that this does not apply to technical evaluation subfactors." (b). After the sentence "Under evaluation factor 3) Past Performance of the offeror will be evaluated."- the following is added: "Proposers should submit a list of reference names and telephone numbers of prior users of the item which is offered, and of prior users of offeror's line of TIMS." Under evaluation factor 4) the following change is made, the words "and realism" are deleted, and the following is added after the word "maintenance"- "Price reasonableness will be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 15."
