GOLDBERG, (907) 786 3408 Furnish all labor, material, and equipment necessary to prepare a Refuge Revenue Sharing appraisal for fee lands acquired by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife at Kodiak Island, Alaska. The appraisal will cover 55 land acquisitions varying in size from 5.69 acres to 38,039 acres with approximately 118 different parcels. All of the parcels are in remote locations and access is either via air, foot, or water. Three copies of the written report are due 90 days after the award of the contract.
