The Naval Air Warfare Center TSD intends to negotiate a sole source procurment with Dynamics Research Corporation (DRC), 60 Frontage Road, Andover, MA 01810 for Software maintenance and modification of eight (8) existing Training System Requirements Analysis (TSRA) Tools with the potentials development of two (2) to four (4) follow-on automated Tools. The contractor will also preform training situation analyses to validate existing, newly developed, or modified Tools. These tools will be used in conducting and verifying training analyses and training development for various federal and civil agencies. Anticipated award is on or about 13 Feb 1998.
