The work will include the completion of approximately 50 Real Estate Appraisals of approximately 80 tracts of agricultural land, both improved and unimproved, near Buford-Trenton Irrigation District, Williston, North Dakota. A value estimate for an easement estate must be prepared for each ownership, and allocated for each tract, using the federal rule "Before and After" approach. Each report must comply with current Army Corps of Engineers guidelines and be a uspap complete, self-contained narrative report. Solicitations will be issued o/a 9 January 1998.
