This includes the design and development of seminars, workshops, lectures, and specialized instructional materials that address executive level management concepts, theories, issues and practices. Services are required for a base year period plus four one year option periods; performance to start 01 September 1998 through 31 August 1999. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated.
