Work includes repairs to two staircases, realignment of a counter weight tower, excavation and backfill for two precast concrete vault toilets, installation of electrical lines, installation of pullropes in telecommunications conduit, and replacement of bearings on a self adjusting boat dock trolley. The project is located below Hells Canyon Dam on the Snake River, in Wallowa County, Oregon. Estimated start work date is March 1, 1998. Price range is $25,000 -- $100,000. Bonding is required.
