Moore, Contracting Officer, (817) 978-9301 The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is in need of a contractor to perform demolition services, with the capability to perform asbestos abatement, for Hillcrest Homes Apartments in Louisiana. This project is composed three scattered sites, each approximately 30 (thirty) miles apart. These scattered sites are located in LaRose, Raceland, and Thibodaux, Louisiana. The magnitude of the project is between $3-$4 million, and must be completed within 90-days of issuance of a Notice to Proceed. This acquisition is being offered for competition limited to eligible 8(a) concerns that possess the 1795 Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code.
