Project AJXF 97-8004 consists of providing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials and performing all work to replace existing domestic hot and cold water system; provide a new wet pipe sprinkler system, replace selected lighting fixtures; replace selected ceiling finishes, replace diffusers and grilles and associated miscellaneous work. and ventilating systems for existing building. Provide new electrical systems for equipment with electrical panel and separate dedicated panel for electronic equipment associated with fuel handling and storage. Total contract performance period is 120 calendar days. The proposed procurement is being issued as an unrestricted acquisition and is subject to the evaluation criteria contained in DFAR 252.219-7008, Notice of Evaluation Preference for Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns Construction Acquisitions Test Program. Award will be made to the offeror who the Government determines can best accomplish the necessary work to satisfy the requirements set forth in the RFP in a manner most advantageous to the Government. The Government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the low offeror. Offer guarantee required.
