The period of performance commences 27 April thru 21 Jun 1998. Major work items include but not limited to Underwater body diver inspection, life rail renewal, watertight door and non-watertight door renewal, MDE exhaust insulation renewal, asbestos pipe insulation and ceiling tile replacement, weather deck preservation, deck crane quandrennial overhaul and test, crew shower renewal, SPD biennial overhaul and test, mooring capstans overhaul, air receiver inspections & test, sewage vent replacement, vent cover renewal, main propulsion generators repair, MDE lube oil cooler renewal, electrical matting renewal and etc. The solicitation is under the Small Business Competitiveness Program.
