Wolfe, 304/285-5883 The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) facility in Morgantown, WV is currently undergoing expansion and renovation. The Building Automation System components purchased under a General Supply Schedule contract have been used for the new facility and all renovations of the existing building to this point. Until all warranties on various portions of the system expire, the maintenance of the system should be performed by the equipment manufacturer, in order to ensure that all warranties are secured. The maintenance agreement for this system also includes support and upgrades to proprietary software, repair parts and labor, system calibration, and emergency visits. If there are vendors having the capabilities necessary to meet the stated requirements, including warranties, for the remainder of Fiscal Year 1998, they are invited to submit appropriate documentation, literature, brochures and references to Brenda L. If no organizations respond within 15 days after publication of this notice and demonstrate their capability to provide these services, the Government intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with Johnson Controls, Pittsburgh, PA.
