R -- GUIDELINES FOR STATE AIDS DRUG ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS' PARTICIPATION SOL HRSA-98-HAB-E061870 DUE 010998 POC Aileen Broider-301-443-5231 The Health Resources and Services Administration intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with Tracy Carson, 305 Wayne Place, Silver Spring, MD, 20910. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is to assist in developing final guidelines for State AIDS Drug Assistance Programs' (ADAP) participation in the Office of Drug Pricing's (ODP) cost reduction programs and to provide on-site technical assistance. The contractor shall: develop a project workplan; assist in developing guidelines for State ADAP participation in ODP cost reduction programs; draft and finalize fact sheets and training materials; provide training; prepare a report; and provide technical assistance. Tracy Carson is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. The period of performance is one year.
