The Government furnished transportation expenses will be considered as as a cost factor in vendor selection, e.g., distance from the Phoenix, Arizona storage location to the vendor's proposed facility location. The anticipated award date is January 7, 1998, via purchase order; with performance beginning no more than 30 days thereafter. Due to anticipated court order, response date cannot be extended.
