Woods, Contracting Officer, (318)473-7645 or Marilyn Rabalais, (318)473-7754 The contractor shall provide editing, writing, administrative, graphic and design services for a quarterly information publication which contains information about Public Law 646, Coastal Wetlands Planning, Protection and Restoration Act, activities and projects. All subjects for inclusion will be provided to the contractor. Graphics and drawings required will be created by the contractor. The contractor will produce a composite negative for the government printer. Each issue will be completed on a schedule allowing distribution to readers during March, June, September, and December of each year. The publication will be approximately 12 pages long on a 8 1/2" by 11" format -- Head to Head. RFP packages will be available on January 12, 1998. Proposals will be due not later than 4:00 p.m. cst., February 10, 1998. Evaluation will be based on the following: 1) Past experience in publication production work, 2) Quality of submitted samples of past related work, 3) Ability to deliver on time, 4) Price, 5) Management work plan-each contractor will be required to submit a plan of operations for review.
