Gallagher (215) 697-9601 The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Philadelphia intends to issue a solicitation for a firm fixed price contract for Public Relations/Multi-Media Services for the Naval Inventory Control Point, Mechanicsburg, PA, and Philadelphia, PA. This solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR 6.203 as a 100% small business set-aside. A twelve-month base period and four twelve-month option periods are contemplated. This requirement will be solicited using commercial items practices in accordance with FAR Part 12. This solicitation is part of a Government cost comparison to determine whether accomplishing the specified work under contract or by Government performance is more economical.
