U -- U -- C-21A AIRCREW REFRESHER TRAINING COURSE SOL DAHA90-98-R-0005 DUE 021898 POC Contracting Specialist Tim Pugh (703) 681-0631 (Site Code DAHA90) The National Guard Bureau (NGB) has a requirement for C-21A (Learjet 35) aircrew training for assigned Air National Guard (ANG) pilots. The training requirement consists of annual refresher trining for ANG pilots to enable them to maintain currency. The course to be taught shall be FAA certified commercial off-the-shelf training product that provides systems and procedures training and incorporates instruction on Crew Resource Management (CRM) and instrument refresher training (IRT). Detailed requirements are specified in the solicitation document. To be considered a responsible contractor, offerors must be capable of furnishing fully qualified courseware, instructors, training facilities, and an FAA certified Phase II Learjet 35 Simulator and any required cockpit procedures trainers/ modules needed to perform the contract upon award. The contemplated Indefinite-quantity contract is anticipated to include a base period with four option years. The release date of 18 Feb 98 is estimated and may differ form actual release date.
