This project consists of construction of a Consolidated Troop Medical/Dental Clinic of approximately 74,000 gross sf (6,900 square meters -- this is metric design) with site preparation and excavation (no demolition). The functional areas of the medical side include administrative support and command suite, primary care, exam, audiology/optometry, physical therapy, pharmacy, radiology, pathology and logistics; the dental side includes general dentistry, x-ray, endodonitcs, periodontics, prosthodontics, orthodontics and oral surgery. The interior includes finishes and casework; equipment is both contractor and government furnished, contractor installed. The building is on a concrete slab on grade; structural steel frame; open web steel joists and metal roof deck. The walls will consist of structural metal studs finished with face brick. HVAC will be self-contained gas fired hot water boiler and air cooled water chiller units. Supporting facilites include utilities, communications, roads/parking, landscaping and storm drainage.
