Z -- GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SOL F2460498B0015 DUE 012398 POC TSgt Joe Janus, (406)731-4039 & Mr. William Martin (406)7314018 The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Grounds Maintenance on Malmstrom AFB, Montana. Tasks include but not limited to a management plan, grass cutting, edging/trimming, irrigation, removal of debris/police grounds, herbicide application, tree and shrub maintenance, landscape repair. The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract with a basic period plus two option years. Two option years will be evaluated with the basic period. Basic performance period will be from 1 Apr. 98 through 15 Nov. 98. Solicitaions will be issued on a first come, first serve basis when requested in writing. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered. (0357)
