Blazek (708) 786-5253 65 -- Requirement is for three "Philips" Remanufactured Diagnostic X-Ray Systems (brand name or equal) for 60th Medical Support Squadron/SGLS, 101 Bodin Circle, Travis AFB, California, 94535-1800, as follows: FIRST SYSTEM -- Deliver and install one Remanufactured Philips Radiographic/Fluoroscopic (R/F) Imaging System (within R/F Room 3) with Super 80 CP R/F X-Ray Generator, Diagnost 76 R/F Table, Scopo 76 Spot Film Device, CS-64 Ceiling Crane with Philips Automatic Light-Beam Collimator, Tilting Wall Bucky Stand, "new" Philips X-Ray Tube Assembly/Over Table, "new" Philips X-Ray Tube Assembly/Under Table, Philips 20" Fluoroscopic TV Monitor, Video Tape Recorder/LDL (G17040), "new" Philips Image Intensifier Assembly, Philips Modular Data Acquisition TV Chain, and Philips Digital Imaging System/Interventional Angio DSI. Note: Removal of existing system (trade-in) is required; SECOND SYSTEM -- Existing Philips BTS-4 Radiographic/Tomographic System (located in Radiographic Room 1) shall be removed,remanufactured, delivered and reinstalled with BTS-4 Bucky/Tomo Table, Super 80 CP X-Ray Generator, Automatic Collimator, Ceiling Crane, Tilting Wall Bucky Stand and "new" Philips 33/100 X-Ray Tube with Blower; THIRD SYSTEM -- Deliver and install one Remanufactured Philips Horizontal Diagnost H Radiographic System (within Clinical Investigating Facility -- Radiographic Room) with Radiographic Elevating Bucky Table, Super 80 CP X-Ray Generator, "new" Philips X-Ray Tube, and CS-62 Ceiling Tube Stand. Note: Removal of existing Picker System (trade-in) is required. -- Request For Proposal (Solicitation M6-Q2-98) will be issued on or about January 16, 1998 with proposals due approximately 35 days after the issue date. Contract award is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.
