The Atlantic Division, Facilities Engineering Command, Norfolk, Virginia intends to acquire the following services: Phase I of the work addresses Section 312 (Tier II updates). The CONTRACTOR shall conduct at least a five-day site visit to collect any updated information necessary to complete the Tier II forms, as applicable for COMNAVBASE Norfolk covering calendar year 1997. Phase II of the work addresses Section 313 (Form R updates). The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for compiling the data and information necessary to meet the regulatory requirements of the Emergency Planning Community Right to Know Act (EPCRA), taking into account the applicable exemptions outlined in referenced documents. Task due dates are: Process Coding -- 6/15/98; Tier II -- 2/23/98; Form R -- 5/15/98; Memo 6/15/98. Specifications will be available on or about 7 January 1998.
