THE WORK TO BE PERFOMED UNDER THIS PROJECT SHALL CONSISTS OF PROVIDING THE SERICES, LABOR, EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS FOR REPAIR OF THE NATURAL GASS DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM AT THE NASA LEWIS RESEARCH CNTER SOUTH WALCOTT AND WEST AREA ROADS AND SYSTEM-WIDE VALVE MANHOLES. THE PROJECT CONSISTS OF PIPING REPLACEMENT, HDPE PIPE RELINING, AND REPLACE VALVES AND REGULATORS AND ELIMINATE OR REPAIR VALVE MANHOLES AND PITS. THE MAGNITUDE OF THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT IS ESTIMATED BETWEEN $100,000. AND $250,000. SOLICITATION FORMS WILL BE AVAILABLE AS SOON AS AN OPENING DATE IS ESTABLISHED. REQUEST FOR COPIES OF THIS PROCUREMENT SHOULD BE RECEIVED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IN ORDER TO FACILITATE MAILING OF SAME TO THE EXTENT COPIES ARE AVBAILABLE. THIS IS AN UNRESTRICTED PROCUREMENT,. A FIXED PRICE CONTRACT IS CONTEMPLOATED. BUSINESS REQUESTING COPIES OF BID SET SHALL INDICATE IF INTEREST IS AS A GENERAL OR SUB-CONTRACTOR.
