Furnish all plant, labor, material and equipment necessary to complete PNQS 98-1310, Indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract involving maintenance, repair and roofing multiple types of roofing systems on Maxwell AFB and Gunter Annex, Alabama in accordance with specifications and drawings. The contract shall have an initial 12 month period and two option periods of 12 months. Individual Delivery orders shall not be less than $25,000.00 nor exceed 1.5 million. The total contract amount shall not exceed $6 Million for the life of the contract. The guaranteed minimum amount of $75,000.00 shall be applicable for the life of the contract. Project requirements will be made availabe on or about 26 Jan 98. All dates are estimated. The proposed project listed here is unrestricted; both small and large business concerns may bid. The size standard of this project is that for which a concern, including its affiliates having an average annual sales or receipts for its preceeding three fiscal years shall not be in excess of $7,000,000.00.
