R -- SOURCES SOUGHT SOL RFP-642-05-98 DUE 013098 POC Loretta Devore, (215)823-5157 The A/E shall provide preliminary plans and drawings for renovating the remaining floors including the west wing in Bldg. #1 (Wards 5W and 6W) and the center administrative support area connecting to the East Wing. Wards 5W and 6W and the center core will be designed for modern medical and surgery units each encompassing 9180 square feet. These wards will provide private and semi-private rooms with adjoining ADA-accessible toilets and bathrooms. New ir handling equipment will be installed in the third floor west wing mechanical room to support these renovations within the existing structure. This will consist of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural design, architectural and a Industrial hygienist. Contract shall be awarded with the provision for optional award for working drawings. The SIC (Standard Industrial Classification) Code for this procurement is 8712.
