This notice is to sdvise industry of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a U.S. Army CECOM requirements for Enhanced Position Location Reporting System (EPLRS) User Readouts (UROs). The URO is the hand held display for EPLRS digital data and includes a keypad input, output display and firmware to interface with the EPLRS Receiver Transmitter. This acquisition will call for a quantity of 2400 each UROs, NSN: 5895-01-0177-0789 and will include a 200% option provision. URO requirements for this acquisition will be based upon a performance specification. Proposals submitted in response to the RFP will be evaluated using a best value basis for award for selecting the best value to the Government.
