Yds. + 5% waste, (this is to include removal of old glued down carpet, and vinyl base, overtime, and minimal movement of furniture. CLIN 0002 (1 each) Carpet, Second Floor 1,273 sq. Yds + 5% waste, 2725 ft. base (this is to include removal of old carpet, base, overtime, and minimal movement of furniture). Carpet to be Market Street -- 28 oz. Level loop, base to be Nafco-CB-68. Color requirement is blue. The items required shall be delivered FOB destination in the McLean, VA area immediately upon receipt of award with completion date of 31 January 1998.
