HQ USCENTCOM has a requirement for Microsoft Premier Support Services. This support should be designed to maximize system availability and performance to USCENTCOM customers by providing technical support and service. Highlights of this service include: proactive information and planning services with respect to effective planning and preparation for efficient systems management and operation; responsive, accurate solutions to usability questions and operational problems; and personalized, customized account management. Additionally, the technical service should include the planning of implementation, migration, and software upgrade. Support should be quick, effective, and flexible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Technical account management should include an annual support plan, monthly status reports, and a regular ~ review of ongoing support needs. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
