The Government intends to negotiate a sole source task order with Hawaiian Electric Company (HECO) in accordance with Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N62742-96-G-3520 and Public Laws 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(5) and 10 U.S.C. 2865(d). The purpose of the task order (No. 0008) will be for Energy/Water Conservation Audits at NCTAMS PAC. Audit shall consist of an on-site investigation and evaluation to determine if significant energy conservation opportunities exist and whether a detailed feasibility analysis is warranted.
