Z -- REPAIR & REPLACE WALLS & CEILING IN AMSA SHOP & UPGRADE FEMALE LATRINE, FLEMING USARC, NEW ORLEANS, LA SOL DABT39-98-B-0003 DUE 021297 POC Ramon Rodriguez, Contract Specialist (580) 442-4315/3225 Furnish all labor, tools, supplies, equipment, materials, and incidentals to Upgrade Windows & Interior IAW the drawings and specifications. Principal features include but are not limited to the following: AMSA SHOP -- Remove the existing wood 2x stud walls, and gypsum board finish and the upper level storage area as indicated on the drawings. Remove plumbing fixtures, accessories and CMU walls. Remove Electrical Components: Conduit, wiring, wall outlets, switches and fluorescent light fixtures. Remove compressed air lines. Provide new CMU walls and wall finishes as indicated in the drawings. Provide new electrical services to include: wiring, conduit, switches, outlets and lighting as specified. Provide new stairway & railings as indicated in the drawings. Install new wall finish as specified. Provide new compressed air supply system. FEMALE LATRINE -- Remove wall finish: Tile and gypsum wall board, ceramic floor tile. Remove plumbing fixtures, showers and accessories. Remove electrical components: wiring, wall outlets, switches and fluorescent light fixtures. Provide new CMU wall, floor and wall finishes as indicated in the drawings. Provide new showers, plumbing fixtures and accessories. Provide new electrical services to include: wiring, conduit, switches, outlets and lighting as specified. The estimated issue date of this project is January 12, 1998. This project is unrestricted and ranges between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.
