Description of Project: The work to be performed will include all labor, materials equipment,and incidentals necessary and required to remove existing anodes from existing deep buried wells, drill one new well,install new anodes,and associated repairs to the existing systems at eighteen Missile Alert Facilities, in the vicinity of Malmstrom AFB MT. Invitation for Bid will be issued on or about 16 Jan 1998. Bid opening will be on or about 06 Mar 1998. Performance period is 160 Calendar days after issuance of notice to proceed. The acquisition is open competition for large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. Only written requests for the solicitation will be considered. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency.
