Thomas (210) 221-3627 (Site Code DADA10) DESCRIPTION OF WORK (General): Miscellaneous demolition, miscellaneous concrete work, parking lot striping, provide and install a hydraulically calculated wet pipe sprinkler system and fire alarm system in accordance with contract specifications and drawings. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, plant, tools, equipment and services necessary for the completion of work. Contractor shall verify the dimensions and conditions throughout the building, as well as field verify all data provided on the project drawings. All items damaged during the demolition work shall be repaired and or removed and replaced with the same materials inkind. This project is subject to the Davis Bacon Act. Contractor shall submit a request for solicitation package in writing to MEDCOM Contracting Center, Facilities Branch, 2107 17th Street, Building 4197, Fort Sam Houston, Texas 78234-5015. Each solicitation package will cost $15.00 in the form of a cashier's check, company check or money order, made payable to the U.S. Treasury and submitted to the above address. This fee is non refundable. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered by this agency. Project is estimated between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
