Pre-Solicitation Notice for Architect-Engineer Services for the Air National Guard Base, Cheyenne, WY. The Wyoming Air National Guard, Cheyenne MAP, Cheyenne, WY requires a multidisciplinary Architect-Engineering (A-E) firm for the design and preparation of plans and specifications for; 1) a 4,200 SF addition and alterations to the existing Corrosion Control facility to accommodate aircraft fuel cell maintenance, and 2) 24,200 SF Composite Air Traffic Control/Aerial Port facility 3) 8,600 SF addition and alterations to the existing Vehicle Maintenance Shop area 4) 1,500 SF Refueling Maintenance Shop area 5) 1,300 SF Covered Storage Facility for Aircraft Ground Equipment. Work will consist of Investigative, Design and Construction Inspection Services or any combination thereof for a multidisciplinary contract. Investigative services shall include, but not necessarily limited to, evaluating the area containing buildings 12, 21, 22, 23 and 24, with respect to locating the proposed composite facility. As aresult of this work, buildings 12 and 22 will be demolished and removed, and buildings 23 and 24 will be relocated or expanded. Maximum Construction Cost for this project will be between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Evaluation factors will be published when requests for qualification information is issued.
