HUTTON (202) 782-1102 (Site Code DADA15) The contractor shall provide off-site mammography and breast ultrasound services within 20 miles of Guthrie US Army Ambulatory Health Care Clinic, Ft. Drum, NY. Services shall be provided at the contractor's facility on an appointment basis for a minimum of five days per week, 8 hours per day. Radiologists must be Doctors of Medicine or Osteopathy who have successfully completed internship and residency in an accredited U.S. Diagnostic Radiology Training Program and are Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology. Technicians performing under the contract shall meet FDA and ACR requirements. The contractor shall establish and provide education on breast self examination techniques and philosophies (BSE). This contract shall include a base and plus four one-year option periods. This is a 100% small business set-aside. Anticipated issue date is 30 Dec 97.
