The geographic area in which services will be provided is comprised of 6 counties in the State of Texas to include El Paso, Hudspeth, Culberson, Jeff Davis, Presidio, and Brewster. Invitation for Bids (IFB) shall be issued on or about January 22, 1998. Bids will be due 30 days thereafter. The contract will be issued for a basic contract period of one year with four (4) one-year option periods.
