NDIA OPERATION TEST & EVALUATION ANNUAL CONFERENCE AND EXHIBITION National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) 14th Annual T&E Conference and Exhibition "Partnership with Industry," San Diego, California, March 9-13: This major event is the first national conference dedicated to Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines and Joint Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E). It will review the history of OT&E, accomplishments and obstacles in fulfilling its roll, as well as provide a forum for improving understanding and communication across a spectrum of critical defense issues.
