DRAFT SOW-ELECTRIC ARMOR MOVING TARGET CARRIER The Government plans to refurbish or replace fielded AMTCs. The refurbishment would be a retrofit wherein the carriers would be converted to non-hydraulic with contractor using some of the existing hardware. Replacement may utilize any track or bunker equipment. This is a special notice is to inform industry of the availability of a draft performance specification for the refurbishment of the electric AMTCs, which is open for industries comments.
