This is not an RFP. OC-ALC is conducting a market suvey for Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) for the C-20 fleet total of 24 aircraft comprised of the C-20A/B/C/D/E/F/G/H/J. The fleet supports the USAF, Navy, Army and USMC. These aircraft are derivatives of the Gulfstream II, III, IV, and IVSP commercial business jets. Each aircraft is powered by two Rolls Royce engines and accommodates 12 to 14 passengers and a crew of five. There are 4 main operating bases, one at each of the following: Ramstein AB Germany, Andrews AFB MD, Kaneohe Bay HI, Hickam AFB HI. The aircraft are FAA registered, type-certified and maintained aircraft. The aircraft are supported by full CLS at Ramstein (C-20A), Hickam (C-20E), Kaneohe Bay (C-20G), and Andrews AFB (C- 20E/F/G/J). Partial CLS support is required at Andrews AFB for the C- 20B/C/D/H. The current CLS contract includes Programmed Depot Maintenance, drop-in depot level maintenance, depot and field level modifications, and flight-line maintenance/inspections, component overhaul, and engine maintenance/overhaul. Logistics supply/support is required at each operating base and the depot and requires utilization of government owned/provided spares and support equipment, repair and replenishment of unserviceable assets, and managing a Contractor Operated and Maintained Base Supply (COMBS). Organizational level maintenance is performed at Andrews AFB for the C-20B/C/H by the USAF, and for the C-20D by the US Navy. Technical data (flight manuals, maintenance manuals, etc) updates/revisions are required. Potential sources should be familiar with Acquisition Reform practices, revised FAR Part 12 and 15, and commercial streamlined procedures.
