Furnish on-site technical support services including assistance in the design, development, quality assurance and training of Reclamation personnel in PowerBuilder Version 5 client-server application design, devleopment, and quality assurance with Oracle 7.3 as the data server. The operating system environments include: HP/UX Version 10.20, DG Unix, Novelle NeWare 32.1 and 4.1, MS/DOS 6.2, Windows 3.11, and Windows 95. Contractor-personnel performing work under this contract shall possess the following academic and technical qualifications: (a) undergraduate or graduate degree in computer sicence, informaiton systems management, or a related field, (b) two or more years experience as a PowerBuilder developer, and (c) industry-recognized certification as a PowerBuilder solution Developer. Period of Performance will be approximately 5 months, commencing in late January 1998. This is an IDIQ type contract, and work will be performed on an as-needed basis as requested by by Reclamation's Contracting Officer's Representative. SIC Code is 7371, size standard is average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years does not exceed $18 million. Award procedures to be used consist of requests for written quotiations, anticipated award date is January 30, 1998.
